Protein, Protein, Protein!  Eat lots of protein. It seems to be the battle cry in the nutrition world right now. Here is an easy recipe from @everydaydishes to eat as an appetizer, lunch or dinner. Each popper is 12 grams of protein. It will pack a punch of flavor with a great amount of protein!  Enjoy every bite!

Ingredients:

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and oil a muffin tin. In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the cream cheese. Mix until completely combined. Fill each muffin tin half way, then top with ½ tbsp of fat free cream cheese, then top with more mixture. The mixture should fill 12 muffin tins. Place into the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes. Let cool 5-10 minutes before removing from the tin.

Those 12 grams of protein per bite is serious! I'm definitely trying the jalapeño popper angle for game day — if you've got a go-to sauce to go with these, I'd love to know what you use. https://2d-to-3d.org

12g protein per bite and jalapeño heat? That's the snack combo I didn't know I needed. I've been looking for a high-protein appetizer that doesn't taste boring. https://seedance-2.us

12g protein per bite and that jalapeño kick is next level — I've been looking for a high-protein appetizer that actually tastes indulgent, so this is perfect. https://ai-3d-modeling.com
