Leaving a Mark

The past few weeks I have experienced 3 deaths.

One was a friend’s dad and a faithful servant to the Lord, Bob Langford. He was diagnosed with cancer and went home shortly there after. The theme of his life was Faith, Family and Friends. He left a mark and a legacy with the life he lived!

Growing up, our neighbors were the Jim and Pat Wilson. Jim, went to be with Jesus last week. He was a leader in our local education system, at our church and in the community. He was loved by many and made a difference in the Kingdom. He left a mark and a legacy with the life he lived!

The third death was a total shock to me and hundreds of others. My friend and ministry partner, Stephanie Williford. I mentored her for 20 years and she was one amazing woman. Her life imitated Jesus. She was His hands and feet. Her love of all things pink and glittery made an appearance at almost every event she planned. She was truly one of a kind! I love her and she will forever impact my life. She left a mark and a legacy with the life she lived!

The picture of the ladies posted above are kingdom shakers too. I have had the blessing of serving with them and watching them in action. The Lord has used them in mighty ways. He is still using them! They are leaving a mark and a legacy with the lives they are living RIGHT NOW!!

I pray for the Lord to use me every day. I want Him to find me busy about His work. I want to leave a mark and a legacy with my life. What about you?
