Stop Striving

I believe there are times in our lives that we are called by God to speak out loud about our faith. Then I think there are times that the Lord asks us to be silent and sit in stillness. In this silence and stillness there is no agenda. Just a call to let God be God. After all, He is the One who is all-knowing and all-powerful. He can do more in one second than I can in years! He is always working on my behalf, even when I am not aware. Don't ignore Him when He calls you stop striving. Go to Him and find rest. Rest comes, when you trust Him! -Chrissie
